Sydney’s first ever hummus bar is open for business this week.

Simply Hummus Bar in Darlinghurst is delighting customers this week with their excellent hummus menu.

“We serve hummus as a dish! Our hummus is light, warm and yummy and you can add to it one or more of our super delicious toppings. So, come visit us and eat hummus like a pro,” the Hummus bar says.

Basic dish is a hummus bowl with pita or sourdough bread. Choice to add all sorts of different toppings such as spicy tomato salad, tahini, Israeli salad, falafel balls, sautéed mushrooms, green herbs salad or sautéed onions. Open Mon-Fri 11:00am-2:30pm
