FELLR has taken the title of best seltzer in the world under the Brewed category.
One of our very own, FELLR has cemented itself in the seltzer hall of fame after grabbing the title of best seltzer in the world at the Hard Seltzer Masters 2022 awards.
With a huge surge in popularity over the last few years, seltzers have fast become recognised as the drink of summer, meaning quite a few brands have hit the market. They’re a great option for those not so keen on the stomach pains after a few pints or a heavy glass of wine, given the low ABV option (around 4%) and low calories to keep your summer bod well intact.
This Sydney-based company came in strong for the Brewed category after launching in 2020 at the height of the pandemic.
The winning can? Passionfruit.
It embodies the laidback coastal feels from down under, with natural passionfruit complimenting crisp hints of citrus and ending with a smooth, dry finish.
All of their drops are made with a new, custom-developed brewing method that results in a clear and refreshing alcohol base with more depth of flavour and a fuller mouth feel than traditional white spirits. This is then blended with sparkling water and hints of natural fruit for a refreshing beverage that’s got next to no sugar and only 25 calories per 100ml.
